Marisa residences are new studio apartments . ( 3 studio
in total). These bungalow style apartments are surrounded
on three sides by mountains and face the deep blue ocean
at La Gaulette( 4km to Le Morne & windsurf spot). Two
apartments can, with the agreement of all parties, be
converted into one larger residence by means of an adjoining
door, for the convenience of one or two persons.
These air-conditioned, self catering residences are purpose
built, with:-
- One large bed-sitting room (will accommodate an
extra single bed/cot)
- Kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, gas hob,
and cooking/dining utensils etc
- En suite shower room with W.C.
- Washing machine facilities available on site
- Swimming pool and gardens
